At Pockanchery Ayurvedic Research Center, we recognize the trust and responsibility placed in us by our patients, and we do everything possible to cure their ailments. The treatment can be done at our center on a consultation basis; admission is not required. After examining the patient and assessing the condition of the disease, an initial 20-day treatment will be prescribed.
The medication includes Kashayam (herbal decoction), tablets, application of Thailam, along with diet restrictions and detoxification through purgation. After 20 days, patients are usually asked to come for a follow-up.
At the end of three months, we will conduct comprehensive heart tests, including ECG, ECHO, TMT, Calcium Score, Cardiac MRI, and 3D CCG, to evaluate the patient’s progress. If the results show a reduction in the severity of the disease and an improvement in the patient’s overall health, we can then gradually taper the medication dosage under the doctor’s supervision. Continued care and reduced medication doses will ensure sustained recovery until the doctor determines it is safe to discontinue treatment.
If you have any doubts, you can contact us by phone or in person. Please bring or share all relevant medical history along with recent blood reports for a clearer understanding.
Your well-being is important to us. Take care.
***Note: The medicines may not be palatable as they can have a bitter and pungent taste.
Treatment Procedures
Our treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of the disease. Understanding the severity and associated complications is essential before we embark on the journey toward healing. Only after thorough evaluation, we initiate treatment, which involves optimizing daily routines, incorporating light exercise, enforcing dietary restrictions, and administering precise Ayurvedic medications.
Treatment is meticulously tailored based on careful monitoring of symptoms, Nadi examination, and advanced diagnostic tests. Our Ayurvedic approach to cardiac care is structured in multiple stages, beginning with an initial 20-day phase.
The first step, Shoshana Kriya, demonstrates its benefits by the end of this period. During these 20 days, patients adhere to a strict diet, which is slightly adjusted as the treatment progresses into the next 20-day cycle. The first stage of the treatment spans a total of 100 days.
Our objective is to rejuvenate every cell by addressing underlying health issues, leading to enhanced vitality and strength post-treatment. For patients on medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, or insulin, this treatment could help taper down or even discontinue their dependence on allopathic drugs. With compassionate guidance and unwavering support, this treatment can be successfully administered at home. A faithful adherence to the prescribed regimen paves the way for a harmonious and effective recovery. Except for the initial 7 days, rest is generally not required, making this treatment a more affordable option compared to other methods.
Benefits
- No Hospitalization Required : Patients can receive treatment at home without the need for hospital admission.
- Initial Phase : During the first 8 days of treatment, patients may experience fatigue.
- Symptom Improvement: By the 12th day, symptoms begin to fade, with half disappearing by the 15th day. By the 20th day, up to 60% of symptoms are gone, and patients may lose up to 5 kg of weight. At this stage, cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure levels typically return to normal, as confirmed by medical reports.
- Remarkable Recovery: Within 25 days, patients who were previously too weak to get out of bed can walk, climb, and even jog. These improvements are visibly remarkable.
- Oil Baths: Regular oil baths are essential for preventing premature aging, fatigue, and arthritis, while also enhancing visual clarity, body strength, and overall well-being. It is highly recommended to apply medicinal oil to the head, ears, and feet, followed by a shower.
- Detoxification: Cleansing the gut every two weeks is crucial, as digestive health is closely linked to overall wellness. Promoting regular bowel movements supports digestive function and can act as a preventive measure against heart disease.
- Diet Gradually Restored: Food restrictions are gradually eased over the next 21 days, with slight restrictions continuing up to 100 days. During this time, the patient’s diet and habits are monitored and adjusted, leading to increased physical and mental strength without the need for rest.
- Reduction & Discontinuation of Medications: After 100 days, allopathic medications are gradually tapered off and discontinued. Patients using insulin can stop its use and return to a normal diet. Those with hypertension and high cholesterol can also resume a regular diet after discontinuing all allopathic medications, with proper diet and regular exercise.
- Cost-Effective: This treatment is significantly less expensive than angioplasty or bypass surgery.
Exercise and Lifestyle Integration: Patients are encouraged to incorporate specific exercises into their daily routines. In a study of nearly 100,000 heart patients, this therapy was found to be 96% effective
